How to use built-in templates?

  • Click on Settings tab.
  • Select Templates page.
  • Click on Archives button.
  • Press 2 seconds on the template you wish to use.
  • The templates will be moved under Active button ready to be used.

How to delete and archive reminders?

  • In the reminders tab.
  • Click on the reminder you wish to delete or archive.
  • Scroll to the button and click on Delete or Archive button.

How to undelete and unarchive reminders?

  • In the reminders tab.
  • Click on the Archived button.
  • Swipe the screen down. You will see all deleted and archived reminders.
  • Press on the reminder you like to undelete or unarchive.
  • Select Restore.

What happens to deleted and archived reminders?

  • Deleted reminders will stay in the Archived section and will be automatically deleted after 7 days.
  • Archived reminders will stay in the Archived section forever.

How to I clone reminder?

  • In the reminders tab.
  • Click on the reminder you wish to clone.
  • Scroll to the button and click on Copy.

How do I view reminders history?

  • In the reminders tab.
  • Click on the reminder you wish to view history for.
  • Click on the book icon , top right corner. Toggle it to get back to reminder.

How do I enable To Do?

  • In the Settings tab.
  • Click on Configuration.
  • Enable To Do under Modules.

How do I enable Calendar?

  • In the Settings tab
  • Click on Configuration.
  • Enable Calendar under Modules.

How do I enable Groups?

  • In the Settings tab.
  • Click on Configuration.
  • Enable Reminder under Groups.
